Nokia India — Volume strip is not working

I got my brand new Nokia Lumia 720. After few days volume strip stopped working. I am able to increase the volume but not able to decrease. I called them a number of times and gave my cell to nokia care center too. They said that they have replaced the strip but I am still facing the same problem. They usually kept my cell for almost a week but didn't able to fix the issue. It's still in warranty and they are not even changing my cell. Don't know whether somebody is gonna help me or not but I am just warning you guys out there. Nokia just lost one of his customer.
