My handset is not working since one month. i bought this on 23rd april 2015. it is still under guaranttee period of one year. we have contacted near by customer care, they said that the nokia company has been closed, they cant do anything, report online. please kindly exchange our handset or refund our money, as quickly as possible. otherwise we will repot to consumer court.
