Nokia India — worst satisfaction | |||
My N 701 was dead when I took it at MAA communication Preet Vihar, New Delhi[protected] on 25 Feb 2014 with invoice no. 15 at last.. They took Rs 125 for checking what the fault was and told power IC is in problem and 1500 was taken to repair it. As the phone was handed over after repair the problem that the buttons were not working( only touch was working) was there. Now they are telling it is a different fault and it will be dealt separately with approx Rs 2500. I wish to know when initially the phone was checked for fault for Rs 125 at that time why this fault was not noticed or when the phone was handed over. Why these people are making business out of service/repair. For NOKIA such services & repair should be done to satisfy customer and not to make business out of it. NOKIA is losing market due to such outlets and teams where they are not satisfying the customer but creating such a scene that no one will have faith on NOKIA. This will be my last set and counsel others not to buy Nokia becoj people at Nokia care are waiting for business. Was this information helpful? | |||
