Nokia — Nokia x2 mobile hanging frequently

Sir,
My nokia x2 mobile bought on 05.06.2015 was hanging frequently. I have given it for servicing at i care nokia service center at malleshwaram on 10.07.2015. They said that the feature to be updated and informed me that the rs. 100 payable even it is under warranty. After one hour of time, they informed that the mobile is not booting and there is some issue with hardware and is to be send to delhi for servicing and giving the date at 22.07.2015.
The iemi no. Of the phone is [protected] & [protected]. Please provide me replacement of the mobile the mobile instead of repair and this service is to be given free of charges as the mobile in under warranty. Contact mobile no.[protected]
