Nokia — Not Responding and Replacing my faulty Handset | |||
I complained to Nokia on 10th July 2014 about my Nokia Lumia 925 which was not powering on . When i took it to Nokia, they said that it is a physical damage and will not be covered under warranty. Howeverm they could not even find a single scratch on my handset, still they are not ready to accept that it is not a case of physical damage, it is MotherBoad problem.
