[Resolved] Nokia — Refund money for damaged phone | |||
I have purchased nokia lumia 820 in the month of September 2013 and still its under warranty.I had given my phone to an authorised nokia care center for a minor fault which occurred not because of my error.It is been more than 30 days still they are not able to give me back my handset or provide me any details of my phone. I even contacted the nokia customer support but those people are also irresponsible.Eighter i should get my phone back in working condition or they should refund the price of the mobile which i spent for that.
