[Resolved]  Nokia — replacement for nokia lumia 1520

Hello sir My self Dr. Vishal R Joshi, in October 2014 I’ll purchase Nokia Lumia 1520, then after within 10 days my phone have some display problem and my Lumia is in service station for around 15 days.(old service request number 1-[protected]) Now it’s hardened to inform you that my lumia have again some problem in call receiving speaker, and again my phone is in service station with jobsheet number is[protected]/141218/005. Last time I had send you a detail mail, about my problem, and request you to change my Nokia Lumia 1520.That time from your side this will assure that in future I have to face no further problem and I agree to collect the repaired Lumia 1520. Now the current situation is same, my phone is in service station again. Lumia 1520 is highest ranged phone of Lumia series, and i not expect this result from Nokia and particularly in this price segment it is unacceptable. It is very impenetrable that after spending this much amount you get this result. Let me very clear one thing that this time I want to replace my defected nokia lumia 1520 or get back my money. This time I will not accept the repaired Lumia 1520. I DON’T KNOW WEATHER THIS IS DUE TO NOKIA IS BECOME MICROSOFT OR ERA OF NOKIA IS CHANGING.
