[Resolved]  Nokia — Replacement of Bluetooth Device

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have submitted my blue tooth hands free in Nokia Service Centre located in Tilak Nagar New Delhi on 18 - January - 2014. They have promised to deliver the hands free after a week. Although my bluetooth device was working fine but there was an issue with it's ear phones. They informed that they need to replace the complete set and cannot replace only earphones. I asked them to provide me a black colour device if they are replacing the same else I asked them to provide me with the same colour i.e. white. After a week when I tried to contact them they informed me that they have still not received the set from their head office as it is out of stock and it will be provided after a week. But after a week they called me and said that the set has been received by them but the device is in pink colour and its handfree was in black colour which I rejected to accept as I have asked them to provide me with either black or white. Although the same is mentioned in the job sheet provided by them. They said that its the only one they can provide me with as a result of which I asked the operator to make me talk to their manager but she disconnected the call. When I called back, a male staff picked the call and started howling that they will not provide the bluetooth. 2 days later I visited their service centre with my brother and the same guy pushed my brother out of the service centre and said that they will not provide us the device back and we can do whatever it will take. Soon after this one of their employee requested us to be calm and promised that he will provide the device in black colour but it will take about 20 days. I accepted the same. When I contacted their office after 20 days I was informed that it is out of their stock and they don't know when will they receive the device. Its been more that a month and they are not providing me my device. My device's warranty will also get expired on 4th March 2014 and what if they will provide me a faulty set later and then they will not replace it again. I have even logged a complaint in Nokia Head office againt this but they too haven't taken any action regarding this. I am totally pissed off from the services of nokia and their service centre officials. I have attached a copy of job sheet provided by them
