[Resolved] Nokia — WiFi doesn't work on my Nokia Lumia 730 while it works on every other device and laptop | |||
I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM (Dark Grey) on 20/03/2015 from Smart Solutions, Jaipur with the IMEI no. [protected]. I have a broadband connection with Wi-Fi at my residence. However hard I have tried I can't access Wi-Fi on my Nokia Lumia 730. I have even called the network guys who also tried every bit but couldn't open Wi-Fi on my phone. Please note here that the problem is not with my WiFi connection as it works on every other mobile device and computer. I have called your customer care on[protected] many a times and tried all the solutions they suggested me but to no avail Kindly resolve my problem immediately so that I am able to put to good use a phone I had bought for Rs. 15, 000 Was this information helpful? | |||
