[Resolved] Nokia — Worst service, worst product - lumia 720 | |||
Hi All, I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience I had at Nokia care service centre. I have purchased Nokia Lumia 720 from Pune before 6 months.The performance of mobile for first 2 month was very good gradually it starts degrading. Suddenly on one day my phone is dead.Hence i have submitted my mobile in Nokia Care Center (Akshay Care centre, F.C Road, Pune) on 01.06.2014. They said to collect mobile after one week.After 1 week I called nokia customer care asking them about the status of my phone, they said its a hardware issue and some part is damaged and they have placed order against nokia and it will take another 2-3 days for repairing.My question is how the part is damaged without any physical harm.If this the case then either nokia has sold me faulty mobile or that person is giving me the false information. After 5 days I again called them, they said that the part is still not received.The thing is they are not calling me back even at once updating about the status of my mobile. Everytime I have to call them asking about the status. I tried them more than 5 times but no one is giving me the correct response. They are not even knowing the status of my mobile. After 1 week I again called them they said you phone is repaired but it is under quality check and you can pick your phone next day.Next day I visited nokia care and there I come to know that my phone is not ready. When i enquired about my phone they said it is under quality check only and i can pick my phone on monday.On Monday(23 June) I again visited nokia care I was told that my mobile is not ready and it is under quality check.Then I called one of the executive of nokia care he said you can pick your phone tomorrow i.e on Tuesday(24 June).On tuesday i received my phone but it was not functioning properly i.e side volume key was not working, images are not getting saved, not able to connet bluetooth, poor performance.I don't know what kind of quality checks they have performed and now my mobile is again with nokia care centre. Out of 12 months warranty, one month is already with nokia care service centre. One more thing I want to address here on submitting the phone they havn’t gave me job sheet they just gave me simply one paper slip mentioning imei number and name. On requesting them yesterday I got the job sheet. First when I gave my phone for repairing rest of the thing were working fine, but now when they have repaired one thing, the other functionality got damaged, like Bluetooth & volume rocker, camera image not saving, extremely slow. Very poor, ugly and pathetic support from them, being such a brand name in the market. I have annoyed of them. I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Yourcompany has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name, so please address this issue soon. Below are the details of my mobile.
