my consumar number- kg9056 and consumar id hz138462' my contract load is 1k.w, in bill of month november 2014 my contract load is changed from 1k.w to 2k.w and fixed charged increase to rupeas 180 to 360. i did't give any application to changed my contrect load from 1k.w to 2k.w. for this my electricity bill of month november 2014 is worng. so i pray to you to correct my bill of my electricity.
