[Resolved] Northern Railway — Misbehaviour by Senior. T.C. Kamal Dev | |||
On[protected] at about 3:00 PM, I boarded in chair car in Janshatabdi Express from Delhi to Una (Himachal Pradesh). I purchased the current ticket at Partap Nagar station, Sabzi Mandi (Delhi) and at about 3:30 P.M. Senior. T C Kamal Dev reached the coach and while checking tickets he started threatening me and few other passengers that a person with a current ticket travelling from Sabzi Madi Station want to continue travelling in this train should give him Rs 360 otherwise leave this train on the next station. He behaved in disgraceful manner and used filthy language and raised his voice in presence of number of persons who were traveling in the same coach. After some time I approached another T.C. who was watching the same. When I demanded the complaint book to lodge complaint on misbehavior he has refused to give the same.
