Northern Railway — Severage issue

Sir, i m from amritsar . there is a very huge problem in our railway colony no-2 . The severage system is completely blocked in our colony, specially from block no-293 to end of the colony . Recentally railway approved money for our colony severage issue and the work should be done, but not properly . The levelling of severage pipes not be done properly . At the end the waste material can't be through out and all severages and drainage system of our colony is completely blocked . At last the severages are full and waste material should flown on the road .Many times we complained to IW sir and health inspector sir, but they cant solve our problem . now the situation of our colony just like HELL . so its my humble request to u plz listen our complaint and plz solve our issue . we shall be very thankful to you for this kindness .
