Noty99 — parcel not received, refund not sent despite promises.

hello everyone, i am from mauritius. i ordered and paid for inr 36000 from so called jitendra jain in january 2015. in february no parcel received. i called him and he told me parcel misplaced. he proposed another catalogue or refund. i agreed on another catalogue of same price in begining of march to be shipped on 12 march. today 23 april no parcel and no refund despite his promise to do so. he is such a fraud!!
