NSDL — deducted salary not deposited in the account

sir 1. my name is suhil kumar sharma .I am working as a teacher in the madhya pradesh .ther is a regular deduction from my salary but when i checked my account amount up to june14 has been deposited.where is my one year deduction? can you verify it.my pran no. is[protected]. 2.I want to activate my tier-II account .but no one has given me the information of procedure and documentation.
