PAN card name is not matched with AADHAR card

Hi team,

Hope you are doing well. Actually, I'm trying to apply for a new PAN card for my friend. And her name is in the format of HERNAME + INITIAL (as per AADHAR). At the same time, filling the name section in the PAN card application FORM - 49A individual. There is LAST NAME and FIRST NAME are mandatory to fill. And the real problem is we are unable to give a single character in the input box. So we give her name as HER...

My pan card is under hold

I opted for pan correction from nsdl website and I did it through e-sign.Everything went fine but after a few days I got an email from nsdl refering to me that my communicable address in not valid and asked me to submit a clear copy of the document.I sent it to them recently through email and just got an auto generated email.I need my pan card urgently and my acknowledgement no is [protected]....

Not getting OTP from NSDL after many attempts

Atal Pension Yojana PRAN

Respected Sir / Madam,

I have an APY account and a PRAN has been allotted to me. My monthly contribution is INR 990.00. However, I am unable to reset the password and whenever I am trying to the system is saying Invalid PRAN. Please find attached the error screenshot for your reference. Please help me out....

OTP not received for Pan Correction

I have applied for pan card correction online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through paytm. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

Requesting for solving mismatch issue and confirming pan card application

I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my friend and the Temporary token provided is [[protected]]. I used e-sign document submission in online option for his aadhar verification. Pan Card problem unable to reprint

About problem in reprinting of PAN card, PAN number. The person is my grandmother, age around 68. The person is an INDIAN resident, she already has an Indian Passport which is not expired (issued in 2003- valid till 2023 around february), UTIITSL says the pan card is issued by NSDL. Called income tax also, the person said to contact NSDL as they cannot interfere in this matter. PAN helpline numbers are not working....

Error in accessing nps app message being displayed PRAN not found in data base

I have recd my PRAN No[protected] soft copy through mail, but when I am trying to login via PRAN no in the NPS app the message being displayed is " PRAN not found in Data Base". You are requested to look into the matter and resolve it ASAP....

Pan card track issue

I have applied for pan card and in tracker it shows :-
"your application is under process at protean - tin facilitation center.you may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you"
Acknowledge no :- [protected]

What should i do for getting status ? I dont know where that tin belongs and how to find address of that tin?...

Status of PAN card correction says in valid documents but no clue as which document is invalid and no option to either upload it

Hi, when tried to track status of the PAN it shows "we have received the documents with reference to you PAN application. However, the documents are not valid. Please click here for details". But there is no data about which document was considered invalid and why? Also no option to upload the document again. Need the updated PAN urgently as it needs to be linked to Aadhaar . Kindly help us as soon as possible...

I got my physical pancard from Protean on 14/06/2023. While validating this pan card in efilling portal it shows PAN DOES NOT EXIST....

PAN application is unsuccessful because I have a issued PAN name so I want to refund my payable amount.

Address:Assam

I applied for a new PAN card from the NSDL website and initiated a transaction of Rs106.90 for the same. I selected UPI as a mode of payment and entered my Fampay UPI credentials. After successfully transferring the amount, the website returned an error message stating that the transaction failed. On raising a help ticket with Fampay, they confirmed that the money reached merchant account and initiating a refund from my end is not feasible....
