Same Pan issued to different person

This is to inform that I Resident of Delhi have Pan card Number BXIPK4346R since 2011 and today I have received call from unknown person from Rajasthan who has same Pan number. His Name, Father name and Date of Birth are same as mine. He is filling ITR since but I am not. I have visited one of your office and they suggested me to go IT OFFICE but did not guide what should I do?
It is my humble request to provide complete process details...

Pan Card Fee Not Refunded by NSDL

I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my sister. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.106.90 using my Net Banking. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 30/08/2021 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to aadhar card data mismatch. The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Payment status success but then Authentication failed

Address:Anjangaon surji

I fill New Pan application form on NSDL Pan website. I got token number [protected]. I paid fees of 107 Rs and its status is success.
My Aadhar is linked with mobile number. Then When I click on Aadhar authentication tab, it is failed many times due to some reason. And i didn't understand what's problem.
But my payment is deducted from bank account and this application can not be completed till authentication process is complete.br...

Unable to receive otp for verification while applying for pan card

I ain't receiving otp for otp verification in last step while applying for pan card online even after multiple tries.
Please resolve this as i need pan card urgently...

Payment deducted but no kyc done

Hi I applied pan card through nsdl online sevices i paid the showing amount that deducted then it shows pls try with new token what to help...

Nps error

Address:A2/1004, TOWER 7 PURVANCHAL ROYAL CITY, CHI-5 , GREATER NOIDA, U.P. 201308

I am sanjay kumar gupta. I had opened nps account bearing no.[protected]. It is freeze since 2-3 yrs. Now i want to operate it. But while login it is showing error : pran not found in data base:
now i want to unfreeze and to operate regularly.
Please help me for it.

E-kyc/e-sign error

I applied for the pan card today and paid the fees through net banking but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-KYC /e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e-Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
This is the 2nd time this has happened...

Applied for name correction in Pan Card

Dear Team,

I have applied online for Change in Name in my PAN Card and also sent all original forms and documents but I am unable to get status update for the same.

I have tried contacting all the numbers given on website and even written mail to the email id mentioned on website but no revert anf all the mobile numbers are switched off.

Request you to please 🙏help and provide me status.br...

Pan card not received after applying via esign/ekyc mode

I had applied online via ekyc/esign mode for a pan card on 25 Nov 2020. I had received the 15 digit acknowledgement number for the same on my email. I have not received my pan till now 9 Sep 2021. When i check the status of my application, it says

"We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application...

PAN online application error

I applied for PAN card digitally and when i check the status it shows-We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected]
I had already given my aadhar details. What else is to be done...

New PRAN application error

New PRAN application completed successfully but got only Acknowledgement Number. PRAN field is empty. Name of the subscriber field is also empty....

Pran is not in database

My PRAN no. is[protected]. Am doing monthly contribution of INR 1000 through mobile NPS application. But today when i tried to i was not able to do it. Please solve the issue on priority and till date am not able to login into NPS as it is showing error 'PRAN not found in database'. And am receiving the mails also from NPS after making monthly contribution on below mail ID.

To generate password in NSDL for PRAN

I'm trying to log in to CRA to generate a password and to update my mobile number, with my PRAN number. But it says PRAN is not found in the database.

NPS account not accessible

Hi.
I am facing the same issue.Please let me know what to do.

I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as pran not found in database.

Could you please help me with this. As i'm not able to access, or even check the contribution made for this pran....

I have entered the details and all the asking information correctly. But don't know why it has failed.
I have made the payment two time for the token numbers -
