Unable to Verify my Aadhar Details

Issue: Unable to validate Aadhar Details with bank
Reason for validation: Opening of PPF account
Error Message: The details of Aadhar number used for verification do not match with NSDL. Please use the linked Aadhar number for verification.

I had recently modified my address in Aadhar and also bank. Will it be causing mismatch information with NSDL ? As I have not updated anything on NSDL portal and I could validate/verify...

Unable to set I-pin after registering with e-nps

I have newly registered with e-nps and allotted with pran[[protected]].

I have also completed my first subscription and completed e-sign verification with aadhar. But when i try to login to website with pran to set my i-pin for the first time i am getting the error - 'unauthorized user'

Please help resolve!...

Pan status not proper

I want to download epancard but it shows error like "pan entered by you is not in proper status in income tax department database. please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with colour copy of pan card to look into the matter." so help me about this issue as soon as possible....

Payment Success but process was failed and amount was not refunded

I use nsdl website to create a new pan card. I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my paytm. Payment was success and after returning it shows as Cannot be processed now. Please try after sometime.

Same thing happened for second time too.

Please help to get the refund amount...

NPS OTP showing incorrect

I have registered for NPS and after making the payment PRAN got generated but to retrieve that PRAN it is asking for OTP verification over email and phone number. When I my trying verify the OTP it is saying that OTP's are incorrect even though they are correct. I have tried this 5 times after every one hour but it is still not working out and registration is not getting completed. Kindly help me with this issue.

Regarding deduction of amount and unable to get the acknowledgement

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further....

Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure pran no(400060561297) shows invalid

Address:Flat 301, A1 Block, Thubarahalli, Bangalore- 560066.

Dear sir,

I subscribed nation pension scheme, which waS activated on 22-Dec-2021.
Whenever I am trying to login or reset my password, I am getting error: "Invalid Pran number".

I raised multiple complaints, shared all the scheeshots but the issue is not yet resolved.

Application Failed, not get refund

I Subhorup Bhattacharjee, made a payment regarding PAN update and reprint but application failed, no refund received, alomost 7 days going on . I have complant to your customer support and mail to your team . But I not get any valuable response. I made two applications, both are failed but money was deducted once a time . So I can't understand which one is notable.

PRAN Not found in database Shikha Sharma

I have the Pran card. I get mails regarding my NPS statement from KCRA. However, when I try to login to NSDL, it says "PRAN is not found in database"....

Duration for refund of deducted amount

On date 28/03/2023 transaction for amount of rupees 106.90 & 107.0 was done respectively at time 2:26 pm & 8:39 pm, the transfer was done to PROTEAN eGov Technologies Limited for PAN update. now the reference no. for both transactions are as follows; [protected] &[protected] respectively. My acknowledgement number is not working

[protected] is my acknowledgment number. I tried to track my pan application which was submitted on[protected], I entered my acknowledgment number and captcha but it is showing an Invalid acknowledgment number. Please look into the issue does this mean my application has errors or is rejected? Do I need to fill in the new one?...

Payment Gateway is not working for Registration of NPS

Hi Team,

I was in the process of registering for nps account. I updated my details and uploaded the required documents. Then i tried to make payment but got stuck at payment gateway. Now i am trying to login using my acknowledgement id and date, but i am getting following error from couple of hours.

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Correction in "Pan card"

When I go to correct my mom's pan card, it shows something like that. But my mother's aadhar card has been updated 2 months before.
please help me to change my mom's pan card's detail.
and resolve my problem....

My complaining is regarding the NSDL pan card mechanism, deducted my money and now have to go physically for pan card

I have applied for pan card correction online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through upi on[protected]. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step and given 10 minutes was over.
Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account and now its showing make your pan card physically.
i have strong disagreement...
