NSDL — failed transaction- money deducted

I've applied PAN card online and paid the application fee through Debit card. The payment was unsuccessful. but the amount got deducted from the account. I've talked to a customer care executive of NSDL. I was told to provide details of the application so that the application process can be taken forward. The issue has not been resolved yet although whenever I call the customer care executives they promptly respond by saying wait for another 24-48 hours. How do I contact your office other than email as nothing is being updated or looked into through emails. At least reply to the emails regarding the status or if anything else is required so that it gets resolved.
