Sir, This is regarding the transaction no.[protected] dated 12th June 2015 'DSBI[protected]IG0AEBDNO5 TRANSFER TO[protected]' I have applied for the correction of my PAN card on your website having no ASVPD0803F. Payment of Rs. 110.56 /- has been deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed in the meantime. And no acknowledgement has been received. I have experienced the worst time service from this website. As a government it should be promt in its payment gateway procedure. I hope you understand the gravity of my problem and will do the needful as soon as possible.
