Dear Sir / Madam, I had submitted for PAN long ago aprox. 1 Year 8 Months from Now. My Acknowledgment no. [protected]. 1. In my application i had written my name as Ragam Prasanna Yadav. But in my Voter-Id Card It has Written as Prasanna Yadao Ara. Hence i applied for the correction in my voter-Id as Prasanna Yadav Ragam. Submited the soft copies of Approved (verifed and Approved) Voter-Id form as Proof of Identity &proof of residential address. 2.
