I have submitted my pran no. form previous year and form were dispatch at dated-4/12/2013, (letter no.2828) from treasury jagdalpur(c.g.) But till now i haven't receive my pran no. Thats why i didn't get my salary. Name-alok kumar mandal Depat-PHE JAGDALPUR DDO CODE-1534002 PHN.NO.-[protected]
