NSDL — Subject: Breach of trust by making Fraudulent trading against my User ID No. 82501026 on 29.01.2015 with broker name BMA WCL, Kolkatta

Address:Chandigarh, Chandigarh

Dear Concerned I, Janminder Lal Arora, holder of subject cited user ID No. 82501026 had lodged a complaint through my mail to [protected]@bmastock, com on dated 20.02.2015 which has not been attended or replied to me till date. It is a matter of great concern to me. I am forwarding that complaint of dated 20.02.2015 alongwith a detailed sequence of events happened with me w.e.f. 29th Jan’15 till date as under: 1.0 Till 28th Jan’15 everything was normal and was in order as usual as it used to be since almost last 5 years. 1.1 On 29th Jan’15 at 12.26 p.m. I rang and talked to Mr. Deepak of BMAWCL office located in Chandigarh informing that at present I am in Mumbai on some domestic grounds, please un-block my account and also requested for change of my new mobile No. from the existing old mobile No. since I am not getting the SMS from BMA WC on my transactions. Further requested for reduction into my brokerage by virtue of paying advance brokerage as was done in the last year in the month of January, 2014. 2. For the sake of above reasons I also mailed to your [protected]@bmastock.com on 29th Jan’15, 30th Jan’15 and 31st Jan’15 with a cc to Mr. Deepak of BMAWCL office located in Chandigarh. In response to above, my trading account was got un-blocked on each above mentioned dates. On 31st Jan’15 I also received the modification form from the customer care deptt. for the change of my new mobile number. Since I was away to Mumbai I downloaded the form and handed over the same to Mr. Deepak on 19.02.15 after reaching my native place (Chandigarh/Panchkula) from Mumbai. Similarly on 2nd Feb’15 I received a new password through mail. In the above para(s) I wanted to highlight the exchange of telephonic calls held between me and Mr. Deepak and mails on these respective dates with customercare of BMAWCL. 3. NOW COMES THE REAL PROBLEM OF FRAUD AND CHEATING WHICH HAS BEEN NOTICED BY ME AND IS EXPLAINED AS UNDER: (i) On 29th Jan’15 I have done the following 4Nos. tradings ‘online’ (a) Buy GHCL 100 Shares through CNC type (b) Sold HDIL 400 shares through CNC type (c) Buy GSFC 100 shares through CNC type (d) B&S Jetairways 100 shares through MIS type and my account balance with BMA WC was amounting to Rs. 25734.49 in my credit. When I saw the contract note bearing No. 0537982 dated 30.01.15, I was quite surprised and wondered to see that when and how under NSX Futures ” OPTCUR USDINR Feb25 2015 @ 60.00 P.E.(BT) Quantity 495, 000 & OPTCUR USDINR Feb25 2015 @ 64.50 CE(BT) Quantity 100, 000 has been bought in my favour." on 29.01.2015 when I have never traded in futures as I don't know its abc. You can see my 5 years old track record in this respect. This OPTCUR USDINR Feb25 2015 purchase did not stop here it kept on adding apart from 29th Jan’15 on 30.01.15, 04.02.15, 05.02.15, 06.02.15, 12.02.15 & 20.02.15 (wherein they were bought and sold in my favour by the BMA WC employee at his end ). In spite of my repeated requests to BMA WCL office in Chandigarh, the purchase of “OPTCUR USDINR Feb 25 2015 63.00 CE (BT) with 5, 00, 000 quantity were bought in my favour on 20.02.2015 where as I personally met Mr. Deepak on 19.02.2015 in BMA WCL office at Chandigarh to stop this type of trading and help me out from this problem and further requested him (Mr. Deepak) of freeze my future tradings as I am unaware and don’t know the abc of futures or this type of trading. It was assured by him that he will freeze my future account and will inform me but once again to my surprise the OPTCUR USDINR Feb 25 2015 63.00 CE (BT) were purchased on 20.02.2015 though I requested on 19.02.2015 to freeze but my request remained unattended whether intentionally or otherwise. All these transactions have been done on a very heavy brokerage @ 0.10 per unit. This entire cheating / fraud at the end of BMAWCL has put me to a loss of Rs. 4, 38, 598.86 details attached at Annexure –A. (ii) This above transaction of NSX Futures had ultimately resulted in loosing almost all my share holdings lying with BMA WCL to a great extant to the tune of Rs 379365.10. which BMA WCL squared off on 09.02.15 and 18.02.15 for Rs. 280983.13 as against my initial purchase value of Rs. 3, 39, 365.10 thus putting me to a futher loss of Rs. 98, 381.97. details attached at Annexure –B. (iii) The Total loss occurred to me is to the tune of Rs. (4, 38, 598.86+98, 381.97 = Rs. 5, 36, 980.83) say Rs. 5, 36, 981.00 (iv) To tell the truth I have lost almost everything which is obliviously a matter of great concern to me as an old retiree person. Since I have never handled this type of NSX Futures trade as mentioned in above para(s), I sincerely request your good self to please investigate the matter in detail and let me know the complete details. All my lost money be given me back and punish the BMA WC employee or who so ever is at fault behind this mischievous act. Thanks for helping me out from this crisis and breach of Trust. Yours faithfully JANMINDER LAL ARORA USER ID: 82501026 Mobile No.[protected]
