Nsh Kolkata Airport — Delay in delivery

-Speedpost has been made on 14th july 2015 from Marathahalli Bangalore- 560037, Karnataka to Panchgachia Saharsa Bihar 852124. My speed post no is EK[protected]IN. After reaching at NSH KOLKATA AIRPORT on 19/07/2015 it dispatched to Barwani, i don't know this destination where are this located i know BARAUNI which is near by station. After 20/07/2015 it's not showing any update i have raised a complaint regard this with complaint id : [protected] on 23/07/2015 but it's still showing pending. I don't know who will give exact location of my speed post and when it will be delivered to given destination.
