NTL Call Taxi — Cab didn't come to pick us-Disappointed with the service | |||
Hi Team, I have booked the NTL call taxi in the morning(10:00AM) for a package of 5 hours at 6 o clock in the evening(02-Feb-2015). Please find the booking ID([protected]). We have booked it for a doctor appointment, but NTL call taxi disappointed us totally. We never expected such a poor service from NTL. If you are not able to arrange a cab, you could have informed us early so that we would have made an alternate arrangement. We have called the customer care more than 4 times but didn't get any proper response from them. More over they didn't attend our call from the registered mobile, but when we called from different mobile they were picking up giving a false claim that driver will come in half an hour ...but the driver didn't come at all. This is the worst taxi ... I booked a cab a day back for the next day ... They confirmed n sent a I'd too ... At last ... Half an hour b4 the travel they canceled ... Very disappointed ... Worst worst taxi ...
