Ntl Water Can — Non refund of deposit

I had subscribed to ntl water in annanagar east chennai and after sometime the vendor stopped his ntl tieup but did not take back the empty cans and refund the caution deposit paid for many months now although i asked for it many times.will ntl act and refund the caution deposit amount immediately my phone number is [protected]. Awaiting ntl response as soon as possible.
