Ola Cab — High billing | |||||
I booked ola ride today at 6:00a. M crn[protected] Firstly, the driver came late to pick me up. Secondly, i took a ride frm gzb to saraikale khan..Instead of dropping me to 4, nizzamuddin entryll (Saraikalekhan),,, he dropped me to nizzamuddin station by taking a long route and charged high in billing. The distance is around 26km and by taking his long route it is 29km. I keep on saying that it's a wrong and long route... But the driver was soo rude he didn't listen to me!! It's very annoying and irritating journey! It's not d 1st tym m using ola cab... But dis kind of mismanagement and misbehaviour can't be acceptable.. So i request u to kindly check my booking details and return the excess money which u charged as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
