Ola Cabs — 3x as peak hours charge | |||
I have booked cab on 23rd april 8pm from east tbm railway station to kovilambakkam, and they have charged multiply of 3 times with normal charge and stating that this is the peak hour charge. Really dont know what they meant peak hour charge. Is this is a good way of earning money from people i never recommending ola, also they are providing coupons also not usable for advertisement purpose only sending some unworthy coupons they are cheating people pls be aware Was this information helpful? | |||

Ola Cabs — Charges paid by me
Sir,There was no parking incurred in the ride which has been wrongly charged. I stood outside the Howrah Railway Station and I confirmed with the driver that no parking charge has incurred.The driver was also not good as he insisted me to take a long route. Please go through my complain asap.
