Ola Cabs — Although the driver did not reach, ola money got deducted

I booked a ride from haldiram's-vip road kolkata to ballygunge station road on ola share. Driver's name was chhote lal prasad ([protected]) car number wb07j2319 was scheduled to pick me up. I had a discussion with the driver regarding the particular location i was at and how much time may he need to reach there. I was waiting but the car did not reach so i called the driver again, he said that his car is not working fine. It's not taking a start and that i cancel the trip. I tried to do that but option was not coming and my ola was continuously showing unable to reach server. Thus i could not cancel the trip, i called the driver and told him my problem and requested him to cancel the trip from his side. He said he would. As the app was not working good i took a normal taxi home. And later when i checked i saw that my ola money have deducted by 169 rupees. This was not expected from ola. I, being one of its regular customers, am highly disappointed. I don't know whether it was the driver's fault or he was helpless because of whole design of the application or whatever bt i lost 169 rupees which i did not deserve to loose
