Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cancellation by drivers | |||||
Our company L&T Infotech has selected OlA cabs as official app taxi. Today was my first experience where I had 5 cancellations in a day . If you are not cash customer forget about your service. Booked a cab in morning and you get at least one cancellation. Landed at pune airport and 2 cancellations Today I almost missed my flight in Bangalore where is said driver is 8 min away and didn't turn up for more than 30 min. All the time it showed only 8 min away. As customer we get charged cancellation fee. What is the penalty for not providing service. It's ridiculous and bad bad bad service.
