Even Chief Minister of Delhi has on many occasions voiced his Concern and promised action on such practices. I was Not Intimated that there was a premium price at this hour, at the end of journey. Even the Driver was not aware of why the price was more. I am convinced these charges are arbitrary and uninformed and unpleasant and in my view taking undue advantage of times without explanation and warming. in my view this is CHEATING. I will Send my grievance to consumer protection authority, even though I am not sure anything will come out but I still want the authorities to know how consumers are getting cheated without being unawares. I am attaching the Online Receipt from OLA CABS. Also there is no special upgrade which obviously I did not request. I asked for Micro Service and Santro a Basic Car was sent. More over Ola service deducted of rs.50.for the cancellation from my account.
This is to be solved by the ola authority...kindly confirm me your action taken in this regards.
