This concerns ride crn[protected]dated 26-nov-16. Ola is unable to provide me the invoice for this ride despite deducting money from account.. Support team has acknowledged the first mail and keep saying that their 'technical team' will look into it. Have been following up ever since :
- no acknowldegement / response to 5 of my mails
- no status update
- no resolution hope
- no status when called to support team
- no invoice in hand
Not sure why they are hesitating so much to give this. If it cant be produced from system, then why cant a manual invoice be prepared.. All teh details are present in system anyways! Was this information helpful? |
