Cab booked at 6am in the morning for 11:30am pickup and received confirmation message on mobile instead of that we didn't receive any cab at the respective time nor we received any call from customer care regarding this.
On giving call to the customer care 15 minutes prior to the departure(11:30am), the customer care executive informed us that there is not car assigned to you and asked us to book it again and also asked us to arrange for the alternative.
So, while booking it again using app we were shown errors to give a gap of atleast 1hr.
We lost lot of time in this and hence arranged for the another alternative and some how we managed to catch the train just before 1min of its departure. Passengers includes my wife, 2 kids & 2 senior citizens.
I am not satisfied at all with the service provided and hence bringing this issue in your eyes. This is the 2nd time happened to me and am not going to book Ola again after having this worst experience. Thank you so much. Was this information helpful? |
