Ola Cabs — careless attitude and irresponsibility | |||
I and one of my friend(two girls) had been waiting for one and a half hour at a unknown place in Bhubaneswar waiting for a ola cab to arrive at 7:00 pm.It was confirmed from the ola customer care and we were informed that the driver named Ashok([protected]) for CRN69561861, White Indigo OD 05 6919 will be picking us up from the booking place.It was 7:10 when we realised that something went wrong and we should call up the driver again to remind him.When we called him up at 7:10, he arrogantly said that, "madam, I will not go patia as there is some problem.so it is cancelled.I cant come."But while booking, we already told him that if there is any problem, drop us at big bazaar near patia and he agreed to it during our first talk.But he kept us waiting and assured that he is on his way.we called up in d customer care too bt we never received any help.And our pick up place was a isolated place, anything wrong could have happened to us.."WHO WOULD HAVE TAKEN DAT BLAME??"...U PEOPLE!...If there was any cancellation u ppl shud have informed us before and not when we call to remind.For this irresponsible attitude o[censored]r service itz very easy for a crime to occur THAT IS WHY WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE IN OUR COUNTRY...WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR SERVICE AND WANT AN EXPLANATION FROM UR SIDE OTHER THAN SORRY..
