Ola Cabs — delay in cab service without prior information

Dear Sir/Madam I had booked a cab from OLA services on[protected] in Dehradun city for 10:30 PM. I received a confirmation message from the services stating the details of the driver which is as follows: Name of the Driver- Mahendra Pal, Phone no- [protected], Vehicle No- UK07 TA 9069 The driver called at 10:15 saying that he would be delayed for another 2 hrs and talked not only in a disrespectful manner rather in a very insulting way. I had a bus booked to Delhi at 12 which I will not be able to catch now. Requesting you for quick action towards my complaint.
