Ola Cabs — Driver and call center executive misbehaviour | |||||
Please find below the attached email which clearly shows how irresponsibly they have tackled my complaint. Where in the driver misbehaved with me totally and asked me to get out of the cab, half way of my destination. When I called the Call center executive - Vishwanath was the person I spoke to, he did no say anything to the driver and did not even apologise. When I asked to escalate the matter this is what I get in return a mail saying sorry. This is not the solution. I want a strict action against the two else I have to file a police complaint.
