I booked Ola Cab at 10.12 pm on 07.02.2016 vide CRN[protected], White Beat PB01A6227 driven by Amit Kumar was assigned. I spoke to him & told him my location. Thereafter he switched off his Mob No [protected]. We were standing on roadside for 45 minutes then took another taxi. At 11.24 got SMS for CRN[protected] offering free upgrade.
