My ola booking from bangalore airport on 7th may 2016 at 2.45 am waz ck cir. Ed with following details - Crn[protected] driver srinivasa ([protected]), etios ka03ac8626 is waiting to have you on board. Pickup from: ola parking - near cafe coffee day The driver even called me and by the time we could reach the pick up point the above driver cancelled the trip and had left. I had 2 ladies with me, my sister and her daughter who had travelled from abroad. They were shocked. The ola guys sitting there like sloths did not even try to help. What a grand welcome for international tourists at 3 am in bangalore. Throw these ola guys out of the airport permanently. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi. Yesterday by 8.00PM I have booked a ola prime from beach station to Tondiarpet. And while I book it shown a message that I will be charged 3 times of the money. I paid 536rs for 6.5km. This is not the correct amount. You have charged me the extra money. I want my money back. Please don't cheat people like this.My first ride was not free.we paid the amount. check that immediately.
My first ola ride was not free and also we did'nt get any prior message as first ride is free. We asked the driver about getting the first ride to be free, but the driver said as we will get only the second ride to be free. So we paid the amount.
