Ola Cabs — Drivers switching off metres wantedly | |||||
Today I travelled in OLA cab. In pick up location, he switched on metre (in his mobile). After reaching drop location, he said that his mobile connection got disconnected in the middle of ride and it is not showing correct amount. So he asked me to pay without telling me the amount. He got 300 rupees from me. He dropped me and went. After 5 mins, I received a message saying that my ride amount is 183. I called him and asked. He said that 183 is not correct amount. Same thing I experienced in OLA cab. Very worst. Drivers are wantedly doing this. I have attached the details. Please find it and take necessary actions. Was this information helpful? | |||||
