Ola Cabs — EXCESS BILL AND NON RECEIPT OF BILL | |
I have booked one OLA Cab from Bangalore Airport. CRN No. 63926387. Driver took Rs.120.00 for toll tax at Banglore Airport but receipt was not provided to me check the amount and get the reimbursement. Further, I booked for mini and
i had to pay Rs.640.00 to driver for 36 KM ride. The Driver also take payment of 20 minutes waiting charge while I was forced to wait for taxi due to his late arrival. Further en-routed we stopped for less than 1 minutes each at 3-4 placed for directions to destinations.
2. The address for bill in message was wrong. My correct email id is jha.[protected]@gmail.com.
3. I was given two drivers number for single booking which was very confusing.
Please look into the matter, send me fresh bill along with correct amount.

I have travelled but I have not received the receipt for the below invoice on my mail rest all bill are received on my email ID travelled Bangalore between 03.03.16 to 07.03.16.
