Ola Cabs — Extra charges by cab driver

Dear Sir, Today I have booked a ola cab at 3:22 pm and get a confirmation for 3:24 (within 2 minute). In the same time I have got a message 3:23pm for cab is waiting for travel. I have called to cab driver at 3:28pm and give my location and he said I am just coming at your place. He reached at my location at 3:38pm. When I have completed my travel and check the invoice detail then its included the travel time of 15 minutes before reaching my place. I asked to driver Mr Atul then he said you have to immediate call otherwise we will start the journey and not treating the good behaviour. I am first time feel this type of cheating from a ola driver. I request to you pls take immediate action on the cab driver so that customer always happy from ola.
