On 22may16 i booked two ola rides crn[protected] for 1720 and return journey at 2300 crn[protected] both on 22/05/16. I got a sms at 1705 that shanantha [protected] is coming in white indica ka13 a8599. I got a call from driver asking for address and destination, that was the last communication and the driver never showed up, he blocked his phone thereafter. I got a call from olacabs that driver stated i have cancelled the booking, which was totally incorrect, and i said i have not cancelled it
Based on my info another cab was detailed at 1737 hrs kumar [protected] is on way in white etios ka 01ad9002. But again i waited till 1800 hrs no cab showed up nor any commnication. Subsequently i also get an sms at 1740 that venkatachalam [protected] is on the way in indica ka51d1090, but this vehicle too did not show up and finally i took lift with someone at 1810 and left the place at 1755 i got amessage for bill of rs 116/-for ride served by venkatachalam who never came.
For return journey i again got sms at 2245 that shivananda [protected] is on way in indica ka51c1678 i waited for this cab till 2315 but driver or cab never showed up nor called i called the number but the driver no. Was continously engaged and at 2306 i got sms for a bill of rs91/- for ride served by shivananda which was never served.
This is my first bitter experience of ola cabs. Is this the way a reputed co. Like ola serves its customers. And i should pay the bills to whom and for what service for the harrassment caused to me.? Do you expect me to ever try your service again?
