Hi, i booked micro cab in ola on[protected], got mr. Ferozkhan (99xx25xx17) as contact. He called me and directed to my home. When he reached and when my sister came to cab and feroz has seen 2 ladies + 2 childrens (11, 13 yrs) +2 childrens (4, 5 yrs) and without taking them, he behave very rude and told i ll not allow and book another cab. When i tried to call he didnt picked my call. When i tried frm another no. And asked how can u leave that. There are childrens and he told me i ll not allow morethan 4, he is calculating the heads. And started scolding in the abuse words. I told him, i ll complaint, "kisko bol lae tha bollae. Dar nae wala nahin hoon main". When i called ola customer service. Mr. Chandu answered my call and i told him, how can u take this type of [protected]@#k$% drivers. Chandu told me, behave like a professional. Ola i[censored] r not taking professionals, how can we professionals. I raised complaint and simple he taken note and mailed we have marked as offense against driver. This is the way ola treating the customers and taking this type of drivers. Not even teaching them, how to behave and how to respect. This is my 2nd worst experience with ola. But i didnt raised complaint. But mr. Feroz khan is worster than worst driver.
Ola : i[censored] taking 4 as max. Mentioned we allow only 4heads. If morethan 1 hear. We ll not allow. Verymuch interested in surge as 1.3x, 1.8x, 2.8x -. But not in customer related. So now onwards, i am telling this to my friends. Plz avoid this cabs and use another.
I[censored] want proof, i have that. I travelled on that same day on uber (Mr. Rajesh). He talked very politely and very much trained.
