Ola Cabs — Irresponsible service from driver | |||||
On 1st Jan 2016 at 21.19 pm I booked OLA Cab via my app to pick me from my Residence premises D-8, 8009 VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI for a drop next day early morning 6.30 am, 2nd Jan 2016 to New Delhi Railway Station. I received a confirmation message with CRN No.[protected] from OLA Cab saying that the booking has been received for 2nd Jan 2016. Next day morning I received a message at 6.12 am with Cab (White Swift No DL1YD 7301) & driver (ALOK KUMAR # [protected]) particulars. I kept waiting for a call from the driver until 6.20 am and called him many times, after 3-4 continuous calls he picked up my phone and I asked him where he was, he kept telling me that he's on his way. Until 6.45 am he did not come and we had to catch our train at 7.15 am from New Delhi Railway Station. Finally we he came at 6.55 am ridiculously replied that he slept and my husband told him that he should not take night shifts then to which he replied I will get you to the station howsoever. He drove the car so rashly, jumping all the red lights from vasant kunj to new delhi railway station. With no regret or apology in his behaviour he kept driving rash and was almost on the verge of hitting with an accident. At 7.15 am we were still outside the main red light of railway station, we had to just pay him and run from the main red light to inside the station which is about 1 km. Because of the OLA Cab Driver's negligent/irresponsible attitude towards his services/customer, while the train had already started, we ran and caught our train with luggage in our hands in much difficulty. I want OLA Cab to respond immediately on this and compensate the trauma incurred because of them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
