Ola Cabs — Negligence of ola cab company | |||||
Dear sir/madam, This is to bring to your notice that in the past month ola has failed to provide us satisfactory costumer service continuously. A few days back I booked an ola SUV cab with my reg mobile no [protected] for 6:30pm for 1st June. My booking got cancelled from your side automatically. Till 6:40 I was waiting for the cab details, which never came and then when I checked my booking details it showed cancelled. It is one thing that you cancel my booking but another that you don't even send me a message regarding it, so I can make necessary replacement arrangements. When I called at your helpdesk they told me that they are" out of stock" and they can't provide me with a cab. Being a student, living in a hostel, away from home, we have very limited travel options and when such things happen, we have no option left. This is not the first time that my cab got cancelled last minute, it's happened 4-5 times. I missed an important interview because of your negligence and I can't do anything about it. "Cab not coming" is not considered as an excuse! My future is in jeopardy because of you. Not that I or my friends or my family will ever use your cabs again, but if you have a little costumer regard (which you obviously don't) you will make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone, especially the students in the future. This is also not the first time, that we are complaining against this, but you would already know that, being an expert in negligence. In the past I had turned a blind eye against this, but not anymore. Even after complaints, your people fail to take action and this has caused a great deal of suffering for us. Very often your drivers demand extra money, because of "extra luggage" or "extra passenger", the rules of which are not specified anywhere. I am extremely dissappointed in your cab services. What started out as a great start up is now in ravages Maybe losing a few student costumers won't affect you now but in the long run, this will come back to you. Your drivers try to con us, by demanding extra money from student. Being from other states we are not fluent it Tamil and thus they ignore our requests by pretending not to understand us. Thanks to you we have now little to no trust in all the cab services, that has rendered helpless. I am sure my mail will also go to your "costumer complaints spam folder" and you will definitely not take any action against it, like all the times before, but being angry I have to do something about it and since "all your costumercare executives are busy" or "can't do anything about it", this is the last option I have left.
