Ola Cab Cheating customer in Ola Money Management I booked a cab thru Ola Application. After booking I got the phone number of the drive who accepted the booking. I called the driver and asked if payment can be done thru Ola Money in which I have a balance in the same account. He confirmed that yes payment will be done thru Ola money. After reaching the destination, he asked for the complete amount and said as Ola money did not have the cab so they send me. First – There is not surety that you will get the cab from Ola with the driver who is verified. Second – No sure if the drive accept payment thru Ola money. When I complaint about this in Ola cab customer care, they said. You should have called Ola customer care at the time of incident and the amount did not get deducted from Ola money due to some connectivity issue. Means – Ola Cab is not accepting their fault.
