Ola Cabs — Ola Cab driver taking to wrong route and then misbehaving inside the cab.

Hi, This is regarding a booking which i had recently done with Ola Cabs, Bangalore, Me and one of my friend had to go for a college admission and we wanted to reach the destination asap. we booked a Ola cab, while boarding the cab the driver said he knows the destination location where we wanted to go (offcourse we had also mentioned the drop location while booking the cab), after travelling almost 15 kms when I realised that the driver is taking us through a wrong direction I asked him which way he is going, on that he said that the destination can be also reached through that way, on which I protested that that is not the way and the destination is totally at the other end of the city(8 years in bangalore and i know which way it was), on that the driver said that he doesn't know the way.The driver had wasted almost 2 hrs of our time making rounds inside the city in the traffic.Not only that he started abusing us with bad languages inside the cab and asked us to get down in the middle of the road. He said he doesnt know the way.
