Ola Cabs — Ola cabs driver related issue | |||||
I booked ola cabs on[protected] at 07:31 pm. The osn number for the ride is[protected]. Driver didn't come at pickup location and started the trip and then stopped the trip. I was charged 101 rs. When i called him, he was giving so many excuses. Strict action should be taken against him. I have only one ques from ola cabs, why their driver started the trip before reaching pickup location and then he stopped the trip himself. I must be got the claim and refunded as well.
