Ola Cabs — Poor service / customer treatment[protected] in chennai | |||
To The customer service Dear Sir: I had booked your call taxi service for pick up from Perambur (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) to Thiruvanmayur (in Chennai, Tamilnadu) for today [protected] I booked for taxi yesterday[protected] around 11-45 am I got the confirmation from OLA through sms at 11-48 am yesterday (CRN[protected] I did not receive any call from ola cabs / driver till 06.00 am today [protected] morning. When I contacted OLA cabs at about 06-05 am the person very cooly informed me that there is no taxi available. I was distressed and very angry to learn this. I had great difficulty in arranging for alternative mode of transport in the last moment that too when I have to take with me 2 senior citizens ( I am 57 years old). Despite having booked for call taxi well in advance (about 20 hours in advance), you did not provide the cab and above all did not even bother to inform me about the non availability of cab.It is highly distressing to receive this kind of treatment / service from OLA. This is the first time, I wanted to try OLA. And, what a terrible and distressing service / treatment I have been provided !!! I will NEVER EVER try OLA again; and my recommendation to others - my friends / relatives - will also be the same - DO NOT TRUST OLA CALL TAXI. My request is - if you are not sure do not commit / confirm.; at least, from now on let your service improve ! Also, at the time of booking, inform customers to contact you for confirmation, since booking well in advance does not confirm that you will provide cab on time ! Was this information helpful? | |||
