Ola Cabs — Refusal to come | |||||
I booked an auto through OLA Cab app and was promptly sent the auto driver details. When I called up the auto he flatly refused to come. Later a bill was sent to me on my phone for the journey undertaken which actually did not happen. I want action taken against this specific auto driver for flatly refusing a passenger and also for giving false information and getting a bill generated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
